Unemployment benefit
The maximum amount of unemployment benefit for the first 90 days cannot be higher than the amount of the minimum wage, reduced by contributions for obligatory insurance determined by special regulation, and for the remaining time cannot be higher than 80% of the amount of the minimum wage, reduced by contributions for obligatory insurance determined by special regulation.
The highest amount of the benefit after 12 months cannot be higher than 60% of the amount of the minimum wage, reduced by contributions for obligatory insurance determined by special regulation.
