The UATUC campaigns FOR:

• full employment and safety of a workplace,
• decent pay for decent work,
• combating undeclared work,
• social justice and social protection,
• right to health and high-quality occupational safety and health,
• right to high-quality education and life-long learning
• freedom of trade union organizing and collective bargaining,
• right to information and co-determination,
• gender equality, and
• inter-generational solidarity.

We advocate the strengthening of togetherness among workers in Croatia, Europe and the whole world, and the prosperity of all workers – regardless of nationality, gender, race, religion or political affiliation. We advocate peace, democratic development and free trade union activity.

We promote the values of human dignity, freedom, democracy, equality, rule of law and human rights for all. We want the society of pluralism, tolerance, social justice, solidarity and non-discrimination.  

For the fulfillment of its tasks and objectives, the UATUC campaigns also by representing the interests of workers in numerous government bodies and administrative organizations:
