The Collective Bargaining Coordinating Committee

The Collective Bargaining Coordinating Committee deals with the exchange of experience and best practice, and provides guidelines and recommendations for collective bargaining. It is comprised of experts from our unions.

Effective collective bargaining requires the formulation and implementation of clear collective bargaining policies, both at the level of individual trade unions and at the level of the UATUC.
Through the activities of the Collective Bargaining Coordinating Committee, the UATUC encourages affiliated trade unions to discuss and formulate common goals and interests, including the establishment of common minimum standards in branch and company-level collective agreements.

It promotes solidarity and mutual support between affiliated trade unions in collective bargaining processes.

The activities of the Committee are, among other things, part of the UATUC’s efforts aimed at developing a quality and clearly structured collective bargaining system in Croatia.
